About the Event
The Wednesday Cwtch Walk is a gentle, welcoming parent and baby walk in Abergavenny - a chance to get some fresh air, connection, move your body gently, and enjoy a supportive space during early parenthood. There’s no pressure and no pace to keep up with.
Babies are welcome in prams or carriers. Feeds, stops and chats are all part of the walk. You don’t need to be a certain number of weeks pregnant or postpartum - come when it feels right for you.
The walk is relaxed, friendly and supportive, offering a chance to meet other local parents and enjoy a little movement in a calm, non-judgemental space.
When? Every Wednesday Meeting at 10.30am (but we never walk before 11am so don't worry if you're a bit late!)
Where? Ambika Social, Linda Vista Gardens, Abergavenny We take a gentle amble around the Castle Meadows and then walk into Abergavenny town…
