Hatha with Carolyne August 28th

A bit about Carolyne Nada; your lovely host for this event.

My yoga journey started years back when I found myself living in Dubai trying to cope with a very fast paced lifestyle. Life as a writer in the Advertising world was fun… but increasingly wearing, so I turned to yoga as a way to bring back some balance. I walked into my first Hatha class and never looked back. For more than a decade now I have loved exploring the many styles and benefits of yoga from Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Budokon, to Hatha and Yin. Fast forward a few years (and a small child later) I have made the transition from student to Hatha teacher. Now I am looking forward to sharing with you a steady, flowing Hatha practice that’s accessible to everyone. Think ‘breath, body and mind’.
